Wiki HPI Element - Would think this can be use as Quality

Would think this can be use as Quality not indicate in the HPI however it is in Chart between PMFSH and ROS.
Pain site: LBP at worst

Lower back pain at worst would be location and severity. Quality would decribe the pain. See below.hope this helps

LOCATION: Where the symptom or pain is occurring
QUALITY: sharp, dull, burning, stabbing, aching, fullness
SEVERITY: sever, worse, mild, or scale 1-10
DURATION: how long symptom or pain has been present
TIMING: when the pain or symptom occurs (after eating, daily, constant, 3 episodes)
CONTEXT: where the patient is or what the patient is doing. (during, while, on exertion bit by dog)
MODIFYING FACTORS: things done or actions taken to effect the symptom (aspirin makes it better)
ASSOCIATED SIGNS & SYMPTOMS: coughing with chest pain, migraine with nausea
