Hello,

I am preparing a presentation for our fellows and cannot locate my sheet with the descriptions of what each of the HPI elements are and their meanings!! is there a site where I can download this information?

NHIC has an excellent educational article and worksheet you should check out. Just go the NHIC and search: Evaluation and Management (E&M) coding requirements educational article and worksheet. Again, this is an excellent article and I use the worksheet when auditing. The article discusses the HPI elements and descriptions for each.
