Someone may have asked this in the past. I can't seem to find it fast right now. For a physical I understand you would need a comprehensive HPI and Exam. What if you can't count 4 or more on the HPI part itself. I only get 3 with a complete ROS and complete PFSH. Does this still count for a physical. Thank you
 
Nevermind. I realize that probably is a silly ? since the pt isn't in for any problems there is no History of present illness. correct?
