ANYONE?? For 97'' guidelines...
“ An extended HPI consists of at least four elements of the HPI or the status of at least three chronic or "inactive conditions".

Does anyone have insight on the meaning/guideline behind the “inactive conditions” of that description. I am unsure what classifies as an “inactive condition” and cannot find documentation/examples explaining or helping with the meaning.
