I know that I have seen this debated before, but I have not been able to find on the Palmetto Medicare site (California) if the abscence of symptoms can be counted in the associated signs and symptoms. We often have this on breast lumps, cysts, and lipomas. It is really frustrating because I am often just short one element in the HPI and this would bring up the level. I hate things being so unclear!!

Thanks,

Dee
