I received an EOB from UHC reading HRA payment for $88.77 which is the amount still due for the Pt. It doesn't mention the CPT code or amounts other than the payment. What is it and do I just post it to the Pt's account?
 
Patient probaby has a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) which the patient contributes to. It picks up out of pocket medical expenses throughout the year. I would verify the Date of Service is the same as the date showing on your records and apply it to the account. Hope this helps!
