We get denied anytime we bill for HRF QMV for C0-109 and we are sending to the correct payer. Does anyone else have this issue? If we send to Highmark they deny for C0-109 so we try to send to out local BCBS of Horizon and they deny for same thing C0-109 .. Anyone have a clue?
