Has anyone received a letter from HSRA regarding missing a deadline to report on the Provider Relief Fund money from 2020? I received a letter telling me I missed a deadline to report that I was not communicated about beyond attesting to having received the money. I am now being told to send all of the money back and there is no appeal process. I called and spoke to them and told them how wrong this is but they said "yeah, sorry, there is no appeal, you just have to return all the money" We have been doing COVID testing since day 1 of the pandemic and fought hard to stay open and keep our employees paid and needed that money. Now we are still doing testing even after the state and government are not and they are asking for all the money back. This is so wrong. What Can I do to appeal? Any help is much appreciated.
