I was wondering if anyone has any concrete information regarding billing G0399 POS 12. When the equipment is supplied by the office and the patient received instruction from the clinic on how to use and hook up we are billing G0399 POS 12. When the monitor is returned to the clinic can we bill 95806 POS (possible modifier 26) for the interpretation?? Any information you can provide me with would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
