Hi, Is Anyone else receiving denials from Humana for CPT 33274 as not a covered service and denying as an adjustment? Does anyone have Humana's guidelines for this procedure? We have billed 3 Patient's and all 3 are denied for the same reason. They all met the LCD ICD10 guidelines. Thanks for any help.

Are the patients Humana Medicare?

I am seeing some documentation online that perhaps Humana commercial policies don't cover that code.
