Notes in chart indicates Hx above T21 screen. Patient is pregnant and due March 2011. I was wondering if there was a dx code for this. I know I am billing global but I didn't know if this is something that I might need later on. Patient is 42 years old and what I am finding is that women above 35 and with previous congential anomalies they look for certain things in the ultrasound.

I was wondering if there was a dx code that might help justify my ultrasound.

Any suggestions. Thanks, Karen.
