Hi All

I am getting a new patient report with comp hx, comp Physical examintion

MDM stating :
hx of melanoma , NED ,
1. Follow-up in Dermatology clinic in 6 months for a routine skin examination ,
2. Return to clinic in 12 months for a routine skin examination from a melanoma

can you all please Confirm MDM is SF or LOW ?
99202 or 99203 ?
