Wiki Hx of Polyps - Colonoscopys and EGD's

Can the Hx of Polyps V code be the primary DX for Colonoscopys and EGD's? Will it pay?

I have done it if there is nothing else. If they find anything else like diverticulosis I put that first, but if there is only hx of polyps I believe it will be just fine.
