Need help with the following scenario:

Pt comes to ED and infusion started:
21:25 to 21:55 Sod Chloride
21:55 to 22:46 NS
22:12 to 22:14 Rocephin 1gr IVPB
23:30 to 00:05 Sod Chloride

Is this the way you would code it?

96365 Rocephin
96361 x2 NS
or 96361 x1

Sodium chl 31:25-21:55 30 mins ..no charge has to run 》30 mins Ns 21:55-22:46 96361 x1 sod chlo 23:30 - 00:05 96361 x1 Rocephin 22:12- 2214 IVP for it to be an infusion has to run 》15 to 1 hr ................. charges = Ivp initial 96374 x 1 and hydration 96361 x 2
