Hi, I would appreciate help in the answer to this query. I have a Nurse manager that is helping with the coding for our free standing ER. She tells me that in order to bill hydration, it needs to be infusing at a minimum of 500 ml/hr. I thought this seemed high. Does anyone have an answer to this?
