Hydration with Zofran, Dilaudid

For a patient with dehydration and nausea caused by Chemo; plus neoplastic pain, the following drugs were administered:

DS-NS: 11:30 - 12:45
Zofran: 12:00 - 12:20
Dilaudid: 12:10 - 12:12

Zofran would of course be coded as the initial infusion with 96365; but can you code the Dilaudid push as 96375 by subtacting 2 minutes from the Zofran infusion? Is 96361-59 billable for hydration, even though the timing of the Zofran infusion prevents a 31 minute increment for the fluids?
