Does the hydration codes 96360 and 96361 does that include the fluid j7030 it does not state in cpt that it is the administration for .:confused:
 
That is a very carrier specific question. Becase if you read in the CPT guidelines under what's included under e. Standard, tubing, syringes and supplies....many carriers will include the saline supply as inclusive. They kind of feel that if you are doing hydration, you have to infuse something at least at minimum saline and won't consider paying for it.
