Hello, I am working for an orthopedic practice, so lots of visco injections. We have no problem with Medicare reimbursement for standard Hymovis, 24 or 48 units. The providers have started to use Hymovis One, and we were instructed to bill 32 or 64 units. Medicare is denying these charges. Has anyone gotten reimbursement from Medicare? How was it coded? It is a 4 ml injection.
