Anyone have any suggestions on how to code this?

A 2.0 cm incision was made over the lower middle aspect of the right groin, running over the spermatic cord. Subcutaneous fat was divided to expose the cord and brought up to skin level. Electrocautery was used to divide the sheath. There were prominent muscle fibers which were divided using electrocautery creating good laxity of the testicle. The same procedure was performed on the left side. Skin was closed on both sides.
