Good morning fellow coders:

I am researching a claim denial for Ohio Medicaid for hyperbaric oxygen therapy in a facility setting.

Billed HCPCS is G0277, which was denied as a non-covered service. The only other code I can locate is C1300, which was deleted on 12/31/2014.

Can any Ohio Medicaid providers help me out with this?
