Have a question on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Normally MCR will cover HBO treatment for Ulcers etc.
The physician documented on the wound care visit note pt on Fosamax, past history of breast biopsy, with no history of radiation, pre-tooth extraction.
Pt had HBO treatment for the prevention of Osteonecrosis.
I did see pt was at risk for the Osteonecrosis due to a drug Bisphosphanate.
How would you code this scenario?
