Type II(a + b): Type IIa is also known as familial hypercholesterolemia(E78.01), and type IIb is commonly referred to as familial combined hyperlipidemia(E78.49). But commonly Dx mentioned as Hyperlipidemia type 2 What is the ICD-10?

According to the coding ICD-10 E78.49 is enough. In medically Familial hypercholesterolemia is the most common inherited type of hyperlipidemia (high fat or lipid levels in blood). Thank you
