Hi...I understand that when there is a casual relationship between HTN and CHF are reported, we use the I11.0 and I50...codes and we can assume with hypertension and Kidney disease. What about CAD...does hypertensive heart disease include the I25 codes as well? In the ICD-10 book, it only states the heart failure and Kidney...can anybody clarify? thanks Sandy
