Hope someone can help me out with this procedure for excision of hypopharyngeal lesion.

Attention directed toward the oral cavity and oropharynx where the Kantor-Berci direct laryngoscope was placed. this was then put into suspension after visualizing the lesion. Lesion was grasped with alligator forceps and then using microscissors, this lesion was resected.

can 42808 be used for this procedure? the code doesn't speicfy with a scope.

I get an unlisted 42999 if going with a scope.

any help is appreciated.
