You would code the abnormal TSH. I am thinking it is the same things as If you go to code subclinical diabetes which codes out to abnormal glucose.

Can this be revisited, since there are two answers to the same question. One says use the 244.9 (https://www.aapc.com/memberarea/forums/showthread.php?t=25921&highlight=subclinical) and this one says use the abnormal TSH code.
