I need help choosing the correct code for hysteroscopic tubal cannulation. Everything I can find is leading me to 58565 but this was not done to induce occlusion by placing permanent implants(which this code describes). This patient has tubal obstruction and the provider was attempting to clear the obstruction by way of tubal cannulation. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
