Our doctor did a hysteroscopy dilatation and curettage with no biopsy would I still use 58558?

Your other option is to code a 58555 with a 58120. But I use the 58558 - which includes both - even though a separate biopsy isn't performed, tissue is being biopsied after the curettage. Anyone else?
