Do I need to add modifier 51 to 58340?
I'm billing as follows: 58558, 58340-51 & 76831

Yes if both(hystero and SIS) done by the same obgyn you would give -59 and -51 For the Radiologist supervision & interpretation of sonohysterography you would report 76831-26 if needed.
