How would you report an I & D of a thrombosed hemorrhoid? Would you report 46083 or 10060? Thanks.
 
Haemmorrhoids are from the anal mucus membrane and do not belong to integumentary System.
I would definitely code from Digest Section- with 46083 which is specific.
