Physicians diagnosis
Lower extremity swelling, Respiratory distress

Abdomen Ultrasound findings

Diffusely coarsened echotexture of the liver with some nodularity consistence with fatty infiltration. Cirrhotic configuration of the liver. Small calcified granuloma in spleen. There is ascites in all four quadrants. I am thinking I would code for cirrhosis of the liver, granuloma in spleen and also the ascites.

I got the physicians diagnosis Edema, legs 782.3 and Respiratory distress 518.82 It is the I-9 codes in the abdomen Ultrasound findings I am having trouble with.
