we are going to start neuro procedures for treatment of stroke patients and the physician told me that he is going to do some vasospasm treatment by injection of tpa or verampali is there a separate code for this vasospasm treatment. ? I am getting to 61640, 61641, 61642 but I cannot find hospital/facility revenues all it shows as physician coding.
any help I would greatly appreciate

Look at CPT 61650 and 61651--CPT manual provides specific details regarding proper use of the codes--as well as explains what is considered "prolonged administration" in order to report. Hopefully those codes will get you to the correct crosswalk for PCS coding.
