Hello, need help on this one, doctor drained an abscess and sent it out for biopsy, can you please let me know if we can bill a biopsy charge of 11100 along with 10060.

You can only bill one or the other. I don't think the provider did a biopsy, more like he took the fluid drain and sent it out for a culture. You can't bill out a biopsy for that.
