Patient had an I& D AND CAPSULECTOMY OF EPIDERMAL CYST (3 CM ) OF LEFT BUTTOCKS. IS THERE SUCH A CODE ?:confused:
 
Would code 26990 or 27047 work? I wrote includes buttock next to these codes. I must have been given that info at a coding conference.
