My provider tried to do a incision and removal of a sialolithiasis, but did not get the stone, so I can't use code 10120, I&D of foreign body. I found code 42300 drainage of abscess, parotid, simple, under the heading of Procedures of the salivary ducts and glands. But I don't know if this is a in office procedure code.
Does anyone know if I can use this code 42300?:rolleyes:
