Debating I&D (10060) or Excision (10140)
Sebaceous cyst of back, 5mm diameter
A skin incision was made in a linear fashion until the white capsule of the sebaceous cyst was visualized. The cyst was sharply punctured, drained of white cheesy material then excised piecemeal. The area was then irrigated with 15ml of saline.
What if only parts of the cyst sac were removed, 10060 or 10140?
