Left axilla shows a small soft lump about the size of a dime that feels like a sebaceous cyst. I cleaned it with Betadine, numbed with Lidocaine and made a small nik in it with a #11 blade. No pus or sebaceous material of anything returned. I then cleaned it with peroxide then applied antibiotic ointment and band aid.

Would you code as I&D or E/M since no material drained. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
