I&D with reopening of sternal incision

Not sure of the correct cpt for this procedure: Midline sternotomy incision was reopened. All the suture material was removed. This was easily performed with finger dissection down to the level of the sterum as there was essential nonhealing throughout the entire length of the wound. All seven previously placed sternal wires were identified, cut and removed. The wound was then debrided of all necrotic tissue with a curette and a knife. Pulsavac of the wound was then performed with 3 liters of Bacitracin antibiotic solution without complication. Again further debridement of necrotic tissue was carried out. The wound was then irrigated gently with warm gentamicin solution and packed with wet-to-dry Kerlix guaze. The wound was then covered with an Ioban dressing. Leaning towards cpt 21627????
