Wiki I have a "parent" code 34848 with no RVU attached, not sure how to proceed

Has anyone come across something like this? It is one of the primary codes for one a TAMBE*Thoracoabdominal Branch Endoprosthesis and we have never come across this. Any help would be appreciated.
 
While I can give ZERO amount of guidance about what it should be valued, I can give advice about HOW. I would think of it like when you have an unlisted code. Determine another procedure that is a similar amount of work, and assign the same fee schedule to it. Or if there are existing codes that together would relatively be similar. I had to do that last year when they came out with some new codes for heated chemotherapy given during a surgery. The codes had no value assigned. I determined what I felt the similar components were, and valued it accordingly. This year, it was actually assigned RVU components, and I was at least in the ballpark.
