Has anybody been able to collect money on time from any of the Local medical insurance companies? They seem to think they don't have to follow any guidelines for payment. I know Magnacare prices them out and sends them to the Local, but then they sit on the payment for as long as they want. What should I do?

Please help a frustrated Biller
 
Local companies are required to follow regulations as well. Suggestion build up a repor with the local company, when you call to do follow up start a personal conversation learn about them, their grandchild, likes and dislikes. Each time you call back ask about them-if you make the call about them they will do their best to help you out and keep your claims paid.
