I currently work as a dental biller for medical/dental facility. I obtained my CPC-A in June and I would like to convince my employer to hire me as their coder. We currently do not have a coder on staff. We have one medical biller, 3 full time providers and 4 part time providers. The company paid for me to take the AAPC course and test.
I would like resources/statistics/links to show how having a coder will benefit the company.

If anyone can help, I would much appreciate it.
