Doctor documented a re-exploration of the left femoral arteries after a previous surgery, an aortoiliac arteriogram with angioplasty and stenting of the left proximal common iliac artery, and a left femoral to tibial bypass graft with in situ greater saphenous vein.

What CPTs would you use for this surgery?


I know next to nothing about vascular coding and would appreciate help from someone seasoned in this area. :)
