I work for a pediatric orthopedics. We are seeing a pregnant Mom. She had a sonogram that showed a deformity in the baby in uterine. She comes back several times so that the physician can monitor her. What code would I use. The only code I saw that was without patient was the Medical Team Conference, but those are for 3 or more health care professionals and the physician is the only one with the mother. I am stuck. Please can anyone help!!
