Hello ya'll
Can someone help me?
i have a provider using I-10 code of I25.709 "Atherosclerosis of coronary artery bypass graft(s), unspecified, with unspecified angina pectoris".
Does this mean the patient has now developed CAD on the vessel that was bypassed?

This means that the patient developed ASHD on a graft, but the provider did not specify which graft developed the disease, and also did not state what type of angina the patient had in addition to the ASHD of the graft.
