Liver capsular tear along falciform ligament, unavoidable from dense scar tissue between liver and peritoneum . Injury occured during the course of another procedure on the digestive system. Can we bill for the complex hepatorraphy to repair it?

Check the NCCI manual for the procedures you are performing and search the word iatrogenic. Most times you can't.
