I have a question about injuries. As I am looking through actual examples of fracture documentation and attempting to code it with the new guidelines, I came across one that stated radial fracture with ulnar nerve impingement. I can't find anything about the nerve impingement. I thought the whole idea was to capture the complexity of things. Am I missing something or is it not considered worth coding?
