Has anyone started to review physician's documentation and how ICD-10 will impact oncology diagnosis coding. I am in the process of beginning ICD-10 training and wondered what others are doing?
 
We haven't gotten that far yet. We've sat through a couple of webinars and we have a teleconference in a month or so but it feel likes we are just getting our feet wet.
