Our D.M.E fascility is getting ready for ICD-10 change.

When it comes to Rx and ICD-10

Are Physicians required to write out ICD-10 Dx on Rx?

If we already have RX but it has ICD-9 codes is Rx considered to be valid and will be reimbursed? or do we have to obtain new Rx with new ICD-10 DX?

One more questions, if MD just wrote Dx and not the ICD-10 code will that be accepted by new guidelines?

I would be waiting for the response.
