It also provides ICD-9 to ICD-10 conversion, ICD-10 to ICD-9 conversion, rules such as Code first, Code also, Excludes 1 notes, Excludes 2 notes, Unacceptable as first diagnosis, etc. The website states: "We've made ICD10Data.com more smartphone and tablet friendly - please do not hesitate to use this website in a mobile environment." I bet your doctor will like this one!

There is an app "ICD-10 Virtual Code Book" by Precyse University for $7.99 that a few of my physicians are thinking about downloading. There are a few others out there in the Apple app store.
