Hello All, Does anyone know if the ICD 10 CM code book is still a draft or have they published the final copy? Thank you.

The code set is fina, it will not change. It will be updated just as the ICD-9 code set was updated every year. Oct 1 2015 is the next planned code update and the first one since 2011. It is planned as an ICD-10 update only. If they decide to hold off on the update then the 2015 code book whether is states draft or not will be sufficient until the next update. The book I have chosen had never said draft.
