While coding the ICD-10-CM Proficiency Assessment Workbook - 2014, i had a doubt in question#25 where the diagnosis is
Right Middle Cerebral Bifurcation Ruptured Aneurysm
and
Left Middle Cerebral Bifurcation Aneurysm

I came up with I60.11 and I67.1 but the answer section shows I60.11 and I60.12.

Doubt- It is not a ruptures aneurysm in the Left side.

Please clarify
